Doing Each Day :
Youllbeworkingonarangeofinnovative Sports Recovery Technologyproducts ,supportinginboundfreight,product management,quality assurance,andoperationaldocumentation. Thisroleactsasakeybridgebetweenproductsourcing,customer service,andoperationshelpingtoensureourproductsmeetthehigheststandardsthroughouttheirlifecycle. Responsibilities:
Takepointonproductdocumentation,ensuringinternalknowledgebasesareaccurateandcurrentduringproductdevelopment. Liaise between Customer Service ,Product Sourcingteams,andsupplierstoidentify,raiseandresolveproductqueriesandfaults. Maintainfaulttracking,spottrendsinfaultdata,andsupportcorrectiveactionfollow-through. Supporttheteamwithinboundlogisticsbytrackingshipments,assistingwithfreightcoordination,and keeping
ETAsuptodate. Coordinatedeliverybooking-inwith
UK&EUwarehouses,flaggingdelays,shortages,ordiscrepanciesearly. Supportshipping/inbounddocumentationtoensuresmoothwarehouseintake. Maintainorganiseddigitalrecordsin Goggle Driveforeasycross -team access. The Skills You 'llNeedto
Succeed:
Previousexperienceinproductoperations,supply chain,logistics coordination,QA/QC,orarelatedroleforphysicalconsumerproductsorelectronicssectors. Confidentcoordinatingwithoffshoremanufacturersandthird-partywarehousepartners. Strongwrittenandverbalcommunication,abletoproduceclearreportsanddocumentation. Highlyorganizedwithexcellentattentiontodetailandfollow-through. Comfortableworkingwithsimpledatain Sheets/Exceltospottrendsandsummariesfindings. Start-upmindset:proactive,adaptable,andhappyworkingacrossmultiplefunctions. Thisrolemayincludeoccasionaltripsto China(forfactoryfollow-ups,orteamoffsites) allvisacostsandarrangementssupported. Wewouldbegratefulifyoucouldsendyour
