The Facilities Team within Central Operations, oversees best in class FM services, ensuring operational excellence standards are achieved, protecting asset availability, safety, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. The team work to closely manage the performance of facility-related vendors and contractors.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new CAFM system, ensuring successful migration of data, integration with internal and external systems, full user acceptance testing, and delivery of a robust, user-friendly platform that supports reporting, insights, and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership:
Own the delivery of the CAFM implementation project from initiation to post-launch stabilisation across all 4 markets. - Data Migration:
Ensure accurate and complete migration of data from all existing systems into the new CAFM platform. This includes all asset data too. - System Build & Reporting:
Oversee system design and configuration to enable ease of use, automation and end state reporting and actionable insights. Work with the nominated system supplier to ensure that mobiliasation is completed on time and that the system delivers the outputs required. - Integration:
Manage the development of API's between relevant internal and external systems. - Testing:
Design and execute a thorough UAT process, ensuring throughout test documentation is compiled and signed-off prior to go-live - Training:
Design engaging training material (multi-lingual) and coordinate and deliver training plans to all relevant stakeholders on time. - Cut over & Go-Live:
Plan and execute a seamless transition from incumbent systems to the new CAFM system. - Issue Resolution:
Track and resolve pre and post-launch issues promptly, identifying route cause to reduce future occurrences. - Reporting:
Provide periodic and ad-hoc project status reports to stakeholders. - Demobilisation:
Ensure incumbent systems are decommissioned effectively.
- Proven change management experience, ideally managing end-to-end technology implementation projects such as CAFM or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and system integrations (APIs).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Strong analytical skills with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of facilities management processes and systems.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and BI dashboards.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
