ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to join the AI & Automation team in our Nottingham‑based Risk Intelligence Product Engineering organisation. Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, you will drive delivery excellence across multiple Agile teams, orchestrate planning and execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Own and drive delivery strategy across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery planning, champion best practices, and coach teams.
• Manage inter‑team dependencies, risks, and resource planning across work streams.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates.
• Establish high‑quality delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers; escalating critical issues with actionable recommendations.

• Proven experience as a senior delivery lead or scrum master in Agile software development across multiple teams or programs.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, resource planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and dashboards.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive outcomes, and foster accountability.
• Knowledge of data privacy, AI responsibility, and model interpretability.
• Experience in the finance sector and/or risk management; experience with AWS Bedrock LLM models preferred.
