Our team

The London Employment team is ranked Band 2 in Chambers UK and is recognised for its work with financial institutions, media organisations and multinational corporates on complex disputes, investigations and strategic advisory matters. The team’s collaborative approach, technical excellence and commercial focus help deliver pragmatic, commercially‑focused advice.

Role & key responsibilities
  • Lead a broad range of employment matters, including global projects, sensitive investigations, complex litigation and strategic advisory work.
  • Provide pragmatic and commercial advice, translating difficult issues into clear, client‑friendly guidance.
  • Advise clients across all sectors with an emphasis on the financial services and TMT sectors.
  • Supervise, mentor junior lawyers and support their development while ensuring high‑quality client service.
  • Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Contribute to business‑development initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide joined‑up advice across practices and jurisdictions.
Skills & experience
  • 8‑10 years’ post‑qualification experience.
  • Strong client‑management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • Experience in mentoring junior lawyers.
  • Sector experience in financial services or TMT is desirable.
