You will manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload, advising a broad range of clients on matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases High-value residential transactions New build and off-plan purchases Lease extensions and enfranchisement Transfers of equity Re-mortgages Residential landlord and tenant matters You will have direct client contact, work closely with experienced partners, and play a key role in maintaining the firm's strong reputation in the residential property market. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales 3 years' PQE in residential property Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail A client-focused, commercial approach The ability to manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team What's on offer for you?
