Real Estate Finance Lawyer – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

MAP Legal is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer to join on a six month fixed term contract.

This role is suited to a senior associate-level lawyer who is available at short notice and able to operate with minimal supervision in a high-performing team.

• Advising on complex real estate finance transactions
• Acting for lenders and borrowers on investment and development finance matters
• Working closely with market-leading partners and established team on high-value, sophisticated deals

• England & Wales qualified
• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in real estate finance
• Strong experience gained at a top tier or leading international law firm
• Confident handling transactions independently and working at pace
• Available to start at short notice
