An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly ranked Legal 500 Private Client & Tax team. The team advises a diverse and high‑profile client base across the UK and internationally and is known for the quality and complexity of كماً its work.

You will advise on a broad range of private client and tax matters, working closely with partners on complex, high‑value instructions. The work will include wills and succession planning, trust and wealth structuring, inheritance tax planning, and cross‑border advice. You will also advise on tax residency and domicile issues, income and capital gains tax, and the application of double tax سفر.

In addition, you will support trustees and beneficiaries, advise on mental capacity matters including LPAs, philanthropic and impact investing projects, and UK residential property holding structures covering corporate, IHT, CGT, SDLT and ATED considerations.

Clients include high-net‑worth individuals, family offices, trustees, financial institutions and entrepreneurial businesses, many operating in the technology, finance, media, entertainment and sports sectors. The team has a strong international focus, particularly advising clients connected to the Middle East and the US.

You will be qualified in England & خی어 & Wales with strong academic credentials and experience gained within a high-quality private client practice. You will be technically confident, commercially aware, and comfortable managing complex matters with a degree of independence.
