Senior Legal Counsel - 10+PQE Commercial Lawyer - 12 month FTC - Global Consumer Brand

My client is a leading Global Consumer Brand in London and is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will provide legal advice to various business streams including:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, logistics agreements and supply agreements
• Advising on technology and procurement contracts
• Supporting various ad‑hoc strategic projects for the business

The ideal candidate will have approximately 10+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Commercial Lawyer and be looking to take on a Senior Legal Counsel role in a broad and business‑facing capacity. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment with varied and interesting work.
