Personal Injury Paralegal

A highly respected, award-winning law firm based in Camden is seeking a Romanian Speaking Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Legal 500 and Chambers‑ranked personal injury team. With a strong reputation for handling high‑value, complex claims, this top‑tier practice has been recognised by The Times Best Law Firm Guide and named one of the best law firms to work for in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal who is fluent in Romanian and English and is looking to develop their legal career within a firm known for its supportive environment and career progression. Many of the firm’s current trainee solicitors started as paralegals.

The Personal Injury Paralegal will work alongside experienced partners and solicitors on complex and high‑value personal injury cases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior fee earners with their caseloads from instruction through to settlement
• Managing a small caseload (depending on experience) under supervision
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Reviewing medical evidence and reports
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, and third parties
• Translating and interpreting for Romanian‑speaking clients
• Maintaining accurate case records and using the firm’s case management systems

This role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidently.

To be successful in this Personal Injury Paralegal position, candidates will need:

• Fluency in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Previous experience as a paralegal (ideally in personal injury, though other areas may be considered)
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with case management systems
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine interest in pursuing a long‑term legal career

• Salary – £32,000 – £42,000
