About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading global travel and technology brand to source an experienced interim lawyer for a high-profile assignment. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, agile environment on complex commercial and outsourcing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements
• Providing strategic legal support to business stakeholders across EMEA
• Managing projects autonomously and delivering pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years’ PQE with strong commercial and outsourcing experience
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in an agile, technology-driven environment
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent stakeholder management skills

Working Pattern:
Hybrid – office presence encouraged
