Duties and Responsibilities:

Reportdirectlyto Department Director  Responsibleforallaspectsof Family Lawworkincludingprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers  Abilitytomanageandsupervise Solicitors,Trainee Solicitor sand Caseworkerstomanageappropriatecaseloadtypesandcomplexities  Assistingwithdeliveryofappropriatetraininganddevelopmentinthedepartment Varietyofdutiesincludingdealingwitharangeof Familyworkincludingdivorce,financialdisputesandremedies,internationalelementsofchildabduction/adoption,injunctions/nonmolestationorderandprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers Youwillhaveaprofessionalpro-active approach,strongclientcareskillsandbeinterestedin
