Are you a practical, reliable and proactive Premises & Maintenance Technician looking for a role where no two days are the same? The Role
Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry and general DIY.
Ensure all school sites remain safe, secure and compliant with health and safety standards.
Complete daily, weekly and termly checks, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
Support and oversee contractors working on site, ensuring high-quality work.
Work closely with school leaders and site staff to keep each school running smoothly.
Manage your workload effectively across three primary school settings.

Key Requirements
Strong DIY and maintenance skills, including plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently across multiple sites.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with pupils, staff and external contractors.
Understanding of health & safety responsibilities, or willingness to learn.
A proactive approach and the confidence to take initiative when needed.
