Position: Managing Director, Consumer (Partner
We are searching for a distinguished and innovative leader with a passion for consumer PR on behalf of our client, a leading PR agency based in the heart of London.

Our client is a renowned PR agency specialising in consumer brands. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking, they have established themselves as industry leaders in delivering impactful campaigns that drive results for their clients. The team is comprised of passionate individuals dedicated to exceeding expectations and pushing traditional PR boundaries.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Consumer Division, driving strategic direction, growth, and profitability.Develop and execute innovative PR strategies and campaigns to enhance client visibility and achieve objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.Proactively identify new business opportunities, pitch new clients, and expand the agency's client portfolio.Build and nurture relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders to maximise coverage and exposure for clients.Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure integrated and cohesive client solutions.Requirements:
Proven track record of success in consumer PR, experience in a senior leadership role.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.Strong network of media contacts and industry connections, with the ability to leverage these relationships for the benefit of clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement creative PR strategies that deliver measurable results.Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.Opportunity to lead and shape the future of a dynamic and growing Consumer Division within a reputable PR agency with a growth plan to double in size over the next 3 years.
