About the Project

You’ll be joining the team on a significant redevelopment project in London, delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works. The scheme involves a mix of Cat A and Cat B spaces, structural alterations, and bespoke finishes, a technically complex and high-profile project that offers the perfect environment for an experienced professional to demonstrate leadership.

Role Overview – Senior Construction Manager

As Senior Construction Manager, you’ll take a leading role in overseeing all aspects of site delivery. Working closely with the project leadership team, you’ll drive the programme forward, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of works. You’ll provide strong leadership to site teams and subcontractors, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site operations across all phases of the project

Oversee and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and logistics to maintain momentum and meet key milestones

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

Drive progress against programme and maintain exceptional quality throughout delivery

Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters, liaising with clients, consultants, and senior colleagues

Mentor and support junior managers and team members to help them develop professionally

Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth project delivery

Significant experience in a senior site management role on complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally within busy urban environments

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Excellent organisational and communication abilities
