We are representing a well-established, family-run contractor specialising in residential projects across London and the South East. The company partners with leading residential developers, including Countryside, Fairview Homes, and Bellway Homes.

Role Overview :
The successful candidate will oversee 2–3 residential schemes simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage mechanical elements of multiple residential projects.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

* Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.

* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in residential construction.

* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Track record of delivering high-quality results in partnership with major house builders.
