Deputy Home Manager

Position: Deputy Home Manager (Permanent)
Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Home Manager (Care Manager) in the Broadstrairs / Kent area.

As Deputy Manager you will be tasked with supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations within the home and managing the home in their absence.

The main focus of the role is to lead the team in promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of care. You should be making sure that residents are being treated with the best care possible and that the home is fully compliant with CQC.

The candidate

* Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Leadership roles i.e Unit Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Home Manager, Team Leader (Preferably, within care of older people)

* Should have an excellent understanding of CQC guidelines and requirements

The service:
Medium sized elderly residential home. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally

Hours:

Mon-Fri- 40hrs (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
