About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial fit‑out project at London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a major interior project from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring top-quality delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, coordinating teams and subcontractors, while driving efficiency, safety, and programme milestones.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation to handover.

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget.

* Coordinate with clients, designers, and senior management to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

* Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Enforce health and safety standards across the project.

* Conduct regular site inspections, progress reporting, and quality assurance checks.

* Prepare handover documentation, snagging lists, and ensure smooth project close‑out.
Requirements / Experience

* Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out projects, ideally in London.

* Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out construction techniques, M&E coordination, and finishes.

* Experience with client liaison, subcontractor management, and programme management.

* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.

* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
