PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor in London (M25), this will be working for a fully established Tier 1 Contractor within the Civils industry. Please see more details below.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across a fast-paced, site-based contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing five teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong on-site leadership, supervising and coordinating the activities of five operational teams.
Champion Health & Safety as the top priority, maintaining a zero-compromise attitude and actively driving a safe working culture.
Conduct daily street works inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Review and sign off permits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Enforce strict site discipline; confidently intervene or stop work where safety or quality is at risk.
Manage signing, lighting, and guarding requirements in line with industry standards.
Support the fast-moving nature of the contract by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with teams and management.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience supervising teams within a street works or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of signing, lighting, and guarding requirements (essential).
Experience with in the water industry is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices.
