Position: Senior Property Manager (Permanent)

Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager – SE London (Hybrid) – c £65k

We’re working with a well-established Property Consultancy who oversee an impressive portfolio of blocks and estates within the M25.

With a well-established team, modern offices, and impressive pipeline of new business, they now seek a Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager as follows:

* Working up to 3 days per week from home (once settled), reporting into a SE London office (or undertaking site visits) the remainder of the time

* Managing a small (c400 units) but valuable portfolio of London blocks, providing an accountable service to longstanding clients whilst also managing junior and intermediate staff across the wider property management team

* TPI / RICS qualification preferred, ideally underpinning 5+ years of solid, senior level property management experience (our client has almost zero staff turnover so values those who stay in positions long term, especially since it’s client expect continuity of service)

* You will have involvement at client level, including handovers and pitching for new business

* Naturally you will have thorough and detailed leasehold knowledge with the ability deal with all aspect of budgeting, major works and H&S / Fire Safety

* Past experience/present usage of QUBE beneficial

* Accountability vital – our client serves a number of well-regarded, highly desirable and knowledgeable clients so expects its senior staff to go the extra mile to ensure retention.
