Fully office-based About the Role This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to lead the Accounts Payable team. You will play a key role in improving and developing a core financial function within a global manufacturing organisation.

The role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaborate with senior finance leaders to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function. Review, implement, and continuously improve AP processes and controls. Evaluate and introduce technologies to enhance productivity and automation. Provide cover and support across AP activities (self-billing, banking/payments, invoice control). Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles. Strong understanding of AP controls and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams. Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage across departments. Flexibility to travel for training and benchmarking with other AP teams.
