High profile Developer working within Major Regeneration schemes urgently require a Senior Development Manager for one of their Regen schemes in London.

The scheme will comprise of over 1000 units in a high rise block. The scheme is private led and will be selling at around £600 per sq ft.

It is a complex scheme with several layers of planning and constructing and will require a Senior DM who has experience in both front end Development management and project delivery management.

This role will suit an experienced DM who has either exposure to Regen schemes as a regen manager/ DM or a more traditionally private led focused DM.
