A position has developed for a Commercial Manager / Lead to play a leading role on pre‑contract / Tender lead delivery, focused on UK and Ireland projects. You will be pivotal in setting winning strategies, leading commercial governance on complex bids and JVs, and ensuring seamless handover into delivery.

• Lead the tender commercial strategy
• Oversee governance & compliance
• Build integrated project controls
• Negotiate and secure new contracts
• Manage risk & opportunity
• Stakeholder leadership

• Experience in winning major bids / tenders
• Extensive major infrastructure experience with a pre‑contract track record
• Expert knowledge of NEC Contracts (Options A/B/C/E)
• Proven leadership of commercial teams on complex infrastructure bids and projects
• Sharp contractual and legal acumen; dispute avoidance / management experience
• A hands‑on approach to detail while maintaining strategy
• Strong client interfacing skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships
