The Role
You’ll act as a trusted H&S partner to Property Management and Residential teams,

ensuring compliance across Health, Safety & Fire, while supporting the business through the Building Safety Act and wider statutory obligations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and monitor Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessment programmes

Support Residential teams with HRB & Building Safety Act compliance
Audit statutory compliance and electronic H&S management systems
Investigate incidents, near misses, and drive corrective actions
Deliver audits, guidance, training and H&S communications
Act as the go-to expert on legislation, Codes of Practice & best practice

About You
NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma ideal)
Experience in residential / HRB environments
Strong understanding of H&S legislation & compliance
Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders
Comfortable working across complex, high-profile estates
