We have a vacancy for a Setter/Operator CNC Turner to join our manufacturing team at Bromford Precision Solutions Limited. This role is suited to an experienced CNC Turner who is confident setting and operating machines within a fast-paced Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality components to specification, working safely and efficiently to meet production schedules.

Role Accountabilities:
Set and operate CNC turning machines in line with production requirements Work to production timelines, ensuring output meets quality and delivery targets Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company-specific documentation at all times Carry out routine checks to ensure components meet specification and quality standards Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks where necessary to meet deadlines Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and continuous production flow Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with company standards

Person Specification:

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry in a similar role Apprentice trained (preferred) or able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience Experience working in a production manufacturing environment Strong understanding of working to SOPs and controlled documentation Self-driven, results-oriented and positive in approach Able to work well with others and contribute effectively as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable working to deadlines and managing workload effectively Able to prioritise tasks where required If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the HR Department.
