I am recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) to join a critical, high-profile commercial site. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven shift management experience.
Key Requirements:
Electrical bias with strong HVAC knowledge
Extensive building services experience
Proven leadership / shift lead experience
Authorised Person (AP) status highly desirable
Duties:
Lead engineers on shift
PPMs, fault finding, and reactive maintenance
Ensure compliance and safe systems of work Benefits:
