We are currently looking for an experienced Component Rebuild Fitter to join our respected client's workshop team South of the River. Our client is a global established company and working within the mining industry.
The role is on a casual, ongoing basis. Monday to Thursday from 5:00 - 3:00 pm (10 hour shifts, lunch paid) gla Friday from 5:00 - 2:00 pm
Position Responsibilities:- The disassembly, inspection and assembly of heavy machinery components
- Machine overhauls and mechanical repairs
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping within your work area
- Quality control
- Compiling reports
- Generating parts list
- Trade qualification – Diesel Fitter or equivalent
- Must have component rebuild experience – Preferable on CAT machinery
- Must possess the ability to have a high level of attention to detail
- Experience on heavy earthmoving equipment componentry
- An individual looking to join a stable workforce with a great team environment
