Our client, a boutique Private Markets firm celebrated for its award-winning culture, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis. With over two decades of success across Private Equity, this firm is renowned for its commitment to sustainability, diversity, and the professional growth of its team.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Communications Associate will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

Execute global marketing campaigns and content initiatives, including performance tracking and reporting.

Provide creative direction to internal and external designers, ensuring consistent branding across marketing materials, including pitchbooks, flyers, brochures, and presentations.

Manage and update the company website and SharePoint Online with relevant, optimized content.

Oversee the firm’s social media presence, particularly Linked In, to ensure activities are aligned with broader business goals.

Assist with organizing in-person and virtual corporate events, including the Annual Investor Conference.

Contribute to internal communications, including drafting news updates and email campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset:

A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or media.

2+ years of experience in marketing within Financial Services, ideally Wealth or Asset Management.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
