• Drive and manage account partnerships to ensure merchant growth and development.
• Develop and execute growth plans with merchants to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with creator managers to produce high-quality eCommerce content & drive GMV through detailed collaboration.

• Experience in account management with a focus on category growth.
• Expert knowledge of retail landscape, consumer demands, and e-commerce trends.
• Experience using social media platforms, especially Tik Tok, in a professional capacity.
• Fast learner with a good sense of judgment.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and data skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
• Proficiency in managing ads and paid media campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of the Fashion industry landscape and UK market experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced environments.
• Tech/e-commerce background preferred.
• Knowledge about Tik Tok's TTS Model:
  Familiarity with Tik Tok's TTS model and the ability to explain its benefits to merchants.
