We are hiring a Manager, Marketing within the Corporate Affairs and Marketing function with focus on the Digital and Securities Markets team. The role will focus on Emerging Markets and lead the marketing strategy and delivery on our Private Markets proposition.

This role is a 12‑month contract starting from the beginning of 2026.

Role Purpose & Impact

Our Digital and Securities Markets Business is focussed on building a funding continuum for companies to access across all stages of their lifecycle. A big part of this work is expanding awareness of our Private Markets offering. The market launched in 2025, and we are looking to stand up an always‑on marketing presence in 2026.

The Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with the marketing team and the business on all areas of the marketing mix including events, partnerships, content, channel strategy, amplification and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote key initiatives, products, and services, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the business and CAM to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery.
  • Ideate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, stakeholder approvals, media planning, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Champion innovation and thought leadership, identifying new opportunities to elevate the London Stock Exchange's brand presence and influence within the global financial community.
  • Share best practice across the business and CAM.
Technical Skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your findings.
  • Conversant with Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, Linked In, Google Analytics, MS Office, Sales Force, or willing to learn.
  • Experience using AI applications in day‑to‑day work.
