Role PurposeThe Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy, brand growth, and online visibility of the business. This is a hands‑on, strategic role responsible for planning and executing campaigns, driving bookings and footfall, and maintaining a strong, trend‑driven brand presence.
The role includes direct coordination of outsourced creative and marketing teams, ensuring consistent delivery across social media, paid advertising, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Campaign Management- Plan and deliver weekly and monthly digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid advertising across Meta, Tik Tok, and Google platforms
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for reach, conversions, and footfall
- Develop promotional strategies for events, themed nights, tournaments, and private bookings
- Maintain and manage the overall marketing calendar
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok
- Coordinate with social media managers, videographers, and designers to produce high‑quality content
- Review and approve content plans, captions, and posting schedules
- Monitor trends and adapt content direction to maintain relevance
- Track engagement, growth, and content performance metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for external designers, editors, and social media specialists
- Provide clear briefs, timelines, and performance expectations
- Review and approve visuals, videos, and branded assets
- Ensure deadlines are met and output aligns with brand standards
- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements
- Build excitement and anticipation around events and experiences
- Oversee online communication and response guidelines
- Monitor guest feedback across reviews and social platforms
- Strengthen brand loyalty and community engagement through consistent messaging
- Support event‑related promotions in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and evolve the brand voice, tone, and long‑term identity
- Manage influencer marketing and micro‑creator collaborations
- Contribute ideas for viral campaigns and innovative digital experiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and customer touchpoints
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or F&B
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and paid media
- Strong understanding of short‑form video content and social media trends
- Experience briefing and managing creative or outsourced teams
- Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial for international team coordination
- Solid understanding of analytics, performance metrics, and optimisation
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external partners
- Organised, strategic, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to work occasional evenings for major campaigns or events
- Base salary: £35,000–£40,000 per year
