Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and proactive marketer to support and amplify Kebabs Faktory’s marketing efforts
. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager on social media, digital campaigns, content creation, and events
, helping bring our brand to life online and offline. Your contributions will make Kebabs Faktory’s presence engaging, memorable, and fun for our audience.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing Kebabs Faktory’s social media channels:
Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In
, and emerging platforms. - Plan, create, and post content—including photos, reels, videos, and stories—aligned with the brand’s tone and campaigns.
- Support copywriting for social posts, paid ads, newsletters, and collaborations.
- Help coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative production initiatives.
- Track social media trends, insights, and analytics, proposing fresh ideas to improve engagement.
- Assist in running digital marketing campaigns, including social ads and influencer partnerships.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store and offsite events, launches, activations, and brand collaborations.
- Help coordinate event logistics, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in preparing event collateral, merchandising, and promotional materials.
- Capture events through photos and videos to create post-event content.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in daily marketing operations, including project coordination, vendor communication, and campaign follow-ups.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and share recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales promotions, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Bring fresh ideas to campaigns, social content, and events.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure all content stays on-brand, visually appealing, and engaging.
- Experienced in social media and marketing
, ideally 2–5 years for Executive / 5+ years for Senior Executive, preferably in F&B, QSR, or retail
. - Creative, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable with basic photography, videography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and executing ideas.
- Able to multitask and manage projects effectively under guidance.
