This opportunity sits in Shelter’s Community & Events department in the Income Generation Directorate. The team includes Community Fundraising, Supporter Experience, Digital Fundraising & Marketing and Mass Participation teams.
AboutThe Role
The Mass Participation Project Manager will deliver and develop mass participation products, primarily leading Shelter’s bespoke product, Walk for Home. The role will:
- Plan and deliver Walk for Home campaigns.
- Lead project groups and deliver an outstanding supporter experience.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximise product performance.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth whilst managing budgets.
- Attend events and stay informed about sector trends.
- Experienced in overseeing and delivering projects.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and excellent stakeholder management.
- Knowledgeable in mass participation fundraising with data‑driven improvements.
- Drive to achieve financial targets and deliver high‑quality events.
- Excellent relationship building, collaborative and inclusive.
