LOCUM PRACTICE NURSE CAMBERWELL GP SURGERY FRIENDLY TEAM in London South

Dream Medical are currently working with a GP Surgery in the Camberwell area and are looking for a Practice Nurse for ongoing locum sessions. The session days and times are flexible.

We are looking for a nurse who is experienced in Chronic Disease Management including Diabetes, Asthma, CHD, Hypertension COPD and Stroke Reviews. Treatment nurse skill sets are desirable for this role.

Requirements:

• Practice Nursing experience within GP surgery
• Chronic Disease Management
• NMC Registration and Pin

You will be an excellent communicator with Medical Indemnity and a DBS issued within 1 year. This role offers a lucrative rate of pay that is paid on a weekly basis as well as a one to one consultancy.
