Carrying out assessments in accident and emergencies, making decisions on where children will be safely nursed from there. Following up children the Community under the Intensive Support Pathway via home visits / phone calls. Liaising with Hub teams in MDT MEETINGS and liaising with multi-agency network in caring for the children. Completing documentation as per the NELFT POLICE
