Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses. Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs. Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse. About You:

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RCN) Clinical experience in paediatric neuro-rehabilitation and complex care. Confident in supervising and mentoring colleagues.

Experience with tracheostomised patients (advantageous). Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills.
