Our client, a well-established real estate investment management firm is looking to recruit an Asset Manager.

This role is responsible for the investment performance of a property portfolio, primarily focused on large-scale commercial properties in the UK. The successful candidate will devise and implement asset management strategies, manage external consultants, and drive value-adding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Management: Develop and execute strategic and tactical asset management plans, report to fund managers and clients, and manage property-related activities such as rent reviews, lease expiries, and refurbishments.
• Capital Transactions: Identify and assist with asset disposals and purchases, and manage capital projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain a compliant culture.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of specialists.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10 years+ relevant property experience in a similar role
• Strong market knowledge and network of industry professionals in the property sector
• Experience in marketing, letting, rent reviews, lease renewals, and refurbishment projects
• Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills
