Job Title: Property Consultant

Salary: Basic salary from £20,000 dependent on experience + commission package

OTE: £35,000 - £50,000

Location: Vox Studios, Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH

You will be at the forefront of our business, gaining invaluable insights from experienced professionals. This direct access to industry expertise will empower you to navigate and excel in the property sector, keeping you ahead in an ever-evolving market.

As a Property Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth. Your day will involve making a minimum of 150 calls to our existing database, building a robust pipeline of future business for yourself and your branch. You will actively expand our local market share by building new relationships with potential vendors and landlords, promoting Johns&Co and explaining the benefits of choosing us as their agent.

You will proactively generate new data, targeting properties entering or already present in the market with other agents, utilising resources such as the land registry, social media platforms like Linked In, and targeted marketing methods, including individual direct messages, to connect with prospective clients. You will consistently prospect for new leads, expanding our client database and ensuring a continuous flow of potential business.
