We’re looking for a Junior Real Estate Assistant to support our growing residential property team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who’s highly organized, people-focused, and eager to build a career in property and real estate.
You’ll work closely with experienced agents, helping keep listings, clients, and transactions running smoothly while learning the ins and outs of the property market.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day support- Assisting agents with daily administrative tasks
- Answering calls, emails, and nquiries professionally
- Keeping client and property records
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with people
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
