Senior Lettings Negotiator

At KFH we are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings team.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be converting registered applicants into viewings, offer and new tenancies as well as market appraisals into instructions. You’ll deliver exceptional service to clients, build long-term relationships with landlords, to drive repeat business. It’s important for us that you lead by example, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others.

• Proven experience as a lettings negotiator or assistant manager, ideally in a London-based lettings agency.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills, with a reputation for delivering high standards.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, or similar.
