An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our
new hotelwith over 150 bedrooms
. We are looking for a chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfasts
, ensuring guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience.

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes in line with hotel standards.
• Ensure an efficient and smooth breakfast service
  , catering to both buffet and à la carte offerings.
• Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
  , upholding high culinary standards.
• Set up and stock the breakfast section, ensuring everything is ready for service.
• Monitor and manage stock levels
  , ensuring minimal waste and effective ordering.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop creative and varied breakfast options.
• Support in preparing and setting up for banqueting or lunch service as required.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, or Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• A passion for fresh, quality ingredients and well-executed breakfast dishes.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure during busy breakfast service.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management

• A team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Ability to work early shifts, with flexibility where required.
