Chef de Partie

Overview

We are looking for a strong and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team.

You must thrive under pressure, bring solid kitchen knowledge, and be a true team player.

• Deliver high-quality food preparation across stations
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain pace during service
• Stock rotation, food labelling, and adherence to safety standards
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, professional environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure
• Strong teamwork mindset and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

  Full Time/ Permanent
• Bank Holidays off;
  Closed at Christmas
• The site operates Monday to Friday, shifts ranging from 06:30 till 3:30pm
