We are currently looking for a passionate

Bartender, to join our Mirror Baron aprmanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. • Curate & create innovative cocktail menus, blending modern trends with timeless classics
• Provide personalised drink recommendations, engaging with guests to understand their tastes & enhance their experience
• To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
• Continuously explore new techniques, ingredients & trends in the world of mixology, keeping our offerings fresh & exciting
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of presentation, service & hospitality

You will be required to work
40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
