• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Experience managing, training and supporting a team.
• Financially astute with analytical budgeting skills.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment and thrive under pressure.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Empathetic, clear, and highly effective verbal and written communication.
• Solution‑oriented perspective towards challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
