Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the prestigious Nomura offices in the heart of the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

The role at Nomura offers a great working environment, sociable hours, and a genuine work-life balance. The site operates Monday to Friday, daytime – no weekends
. The successful candidate will also have flexibility to work occasional evening events, with overtime available.

We

Offer:

Daily food allowance of £10 per day

Shifts:

Mon-Fri (must be flexible to work evenings when required)

Contract:

45 hours / Permanent

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Attention to detail and passion for food are key.
