About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs to join our professional kitchen teams across high-end restaurants, hotels, private members clubs, corporate sites, and event venues. This role is ideal for chefs who are passionate about food, quality, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications

* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety (COSHH & HACCP)

* Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations

* Manage stock, food rotation, and portion control

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

* Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served

Requirements

* Previous experience in a professional kitchen

* Ability to work in different kitchen environments (restaurants, hotels, events, etc.)

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

* Right to work in the UK
