Retail Supervisor (Barista Experience Required)

We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-focused Retail Supervisor with mandatory barista experience to join our casual workforce, supporting operations across a range of high-profile venues.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a flexible, dynamic environment while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting front-line retail teams.

In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the retail and catering teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience
• Ensuring effective team communication and operational coordination across shifts
• Resolving customer feedback and service issues in a professional and timely manner
• Overseeing refunds, and financial transactions with accuracy
• Supporting staff performance and morale through proactive engagement
• Maintaining high standards of service during peak trading periods

• Mandatory barista experience
