As a Fashion Sales Associate, you will be full of personality, immaculately presented and responsible for promoting products, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Fashion focused, engaging, passionate, energised with a background in Luxury Fashion is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions accurately using the till system.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls from customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

• Previous experience in high end fashion in a luxury store/boutique environment.
• Customer focused with passion, energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive approach to selling and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
