The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Strategic responsibilities include driving sales results by analyzing business data and providing best‑in‑class customer service. Operational duties cover opening and closing routines, ensuring process efficiency, floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Talent leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, engagement and development of the store team.

Assistant Managers are expected to exemplify professionalism and promote from within.
