We are seeking a very well organized and proactive Stock Keeper to join our team in Sloane Street store on a full time basis. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise and play a key part in supporting the store’s operational excellence. Your ability to think ahead, communicate effectively, and maintain precision in stock handling will directly contribute to creating a seamless and elevated client experience on the shop floor:

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
• Support the team during the selling process by enabling efficient stock movement and upholding an impeccable client experience.
• Take full responsibility for the accuracy, organization, and cleanliness of the stockroom at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
• Partner closely with store management team to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
• See the “big picture” by linking teams, departments, and actions, driving operational efficiency through clear, solution-driven communication.

• Previous experience in stock control or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Passion for creating excellent client experiences by enabling team success behind the scenes.
• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
