Herbal Production & Operations Assistant (London Workshop)
Zen Maitri is seeking a dedicated Herbal Workshop & Operations Assistant to join our team in London. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about natural health. You will play a key part in supporting our product production and operational flow — helping bring high‑quality herbal wellness products to life.
Location: On‑site at our London Workshop (Brentford)
Schedule: Part‑time (3 days per week) — with a clear pathway to full‑time within 3–6 months
Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro‑rata based on 3 days per week), with opportunity to progress to full‑time
Start Date: Training to begin as soon as possible (mid‑November ideally). Official role start date: 1st December 2024

About the RoleAs a Herbal Workshop & Operations Assistant, you will support product production, fulfilment, stock management and customer service. You will be trained in how to make and assemble premium herbal products in our London workshop — a rare opportunity for someone interested in meaningful, purpose‑led work within natural health.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting in the preparation and assembly of herbal products (full training provided)
- Packing and dispatching online orders with accuracy and care
- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock and deliveries
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring workshop organisation
- Supporting basic e‑commerce admin tasks (e.g. Shopify order processing)
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English essential)
- Reliable, organised and detail‑oriented — quality and accuracy matter deeply
- Ability to work both independently and within a small, focused team
- Flexible and proactive — able to switch between tasks with initiative and care
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in natural health or herbal medicine
- Experience in e‑commerce fulfilment, workshop production or logistics
